Channel Spell ROCKS!!!!

I believe its called Channel Spell its a feat that can be picked up by casters. I think this feat is awesome I'm a albino nothrog wizard so i like the increased hit dice past level 3 so I think this feat is a must for any casters with decent hitpoints. Does anyone agree with me here. I love this feat i wish it was in regular D & D. I just wanted to state this

My initial thoughts on it were that it finally made those metamagic feats useable, but after a campaign full of magic-users applying it to everything possible, I've come to think of it as being way over the top.

Compare it, for example, to the Fire From Within feat. The two don't exist on the same level at all. I think that Channel Spell is undercosted for what it does.
